Mealtimes at Secret Garden are happy, sociable occasions where children enjoy eating together and developing positive relationships with food. Our practitioners sit with the children, encouraging good manners, conversation, and independence — all while making the experience fun and relaxed.
We provide a nutritious breakfast each day as part of our healthy eating approach. All dietary requirements — including allergies, cultural or religious needs, and specific medical or developmental considerations — are carefully catered for on an individual basis, with strict safety measures in place.
Each day’s menu is thoughtfully planned to provide a balanced selection from all food groups, supporting children’s growth, energy, and wellbeing.
