Payment is made in advance by the last working day of the month and late fees may apply. We are closed all bank holidays and for a week between Christmas and New Year. 
Invoices are averaged over 12 months to ensure each monthly payment remains the same.
We do charge lunch and tea fees for funded children should they stay for these meals.
